Course Overview and SyllabusThis is not your typical health class, folks. Erin and Ashley will be creating a comprehensive, life-changing experience for you to learn about the mind and body as it relates to your overall well-being. Through a combination of readings, guest speakers, and hands-on experiences, we will explore health and well-being through four domains: Physical, Emotional, Social, Environmental. You will come away from this class with a clearer sense of what you need to live your best life through nutrition, sleep, exercise, time in nature, healthy relationships, sense of belonging, self-awareness and emotional well-being and the ways all of these pieces are interconnected.
